2016 NBA Season Notes/Info

There's no excuse for the Jazz to score less than 100 vs the Lakers or Rockets, those teams are atrocious defensively.
 
Embiid had a good debut: 20 points, 7 rebounds, 2 blocks in 22 minutes. He and Simmons could be an even better combo down the road than Wiggins/Towns... if they can stay healthy.

Kind of old news already, but AD with stats that have never been done before.
No one has ever had 45pts, 15rbs, 5asts, and 5steals.

He is right there with bron, curry, and durant as best player in the league.
I remember this past summer when jazzfanz was doing the current players draft fantasy thing and someone picked AD and was criticized for it. I applauded the pick and posted some numbers from games he has had in the nba. He commonly puts up outlandish numbers. Dude is phenomenal.
 
Wow, Myles Turner. 30 points, 16 rebounds, 4 blocks on 13-19 from the field and even was 1-2 from three.
Damn.
 
Jonas V with 32 points on 15 shots and derozan with 40 points on 27 shots carried the raptors.

MKG with a nice game of 23 points and 14 rebounds. (10-18 from the field)

Giannis with 31 and 9 on 13-21 shooting.

Wiggins with a nice game of 25 point and 7 boards on 7-14 shooting.

Westbrook with a typical (for him) 32, 12, and 9 assists.

And despite an all time great game from the brow, they lose to the nuggets.
He is surrounded by straight garbage in that starting lineup. Soloman Hill (lol at his contract, glad we avoided that), Will Barton, Asik, Tim Frazier????, Etwaun Moore.
lololololololol. Poor AD, probably will have an mvp like season and not even sniff the playoffs.

They should move the franchise to Las Vegas and only take AD.
Everyone else on the team shows up the next day and is like wtf?

In 22 min. Nice first game in the NBA. Embiid could be really special. I was bummed when he was injured thinking he might become another Oden. These are exciting times for young NBA talent.
