I think that'd be a serious mistake from Boston. Crowder is very very good, and is on one of the best deals in the NBA going forward.
Can they play together? They both can play SF/PF right?
Yeah, I think they'd be fine doing that. A deal could still be there, I just don't think including Crowder would be a good idea.
Makes me think he'd be a perfect fit for the struggling Blazers? Nurkic is physical, he's solid defensively, and can also score. He's also hungry and young so he can grow with Portland's core.
Not sure if the Nuggets would want to help out Portland though. Also what can POR give DEN that's of value to them? They're loaded at every position, they'd probably be asking for at least an unprotected first round draft pick. Is POR willing to give that up?
There are only 4.5 games separating the 8th seed and the last place team in the western conference. I think anyone of those team could theoretically make a push for that 8th seed. Who do you all think will get the 8th seed?
I think after the all-star break teams will start their tanking and the team that wants it will get it. The question is who wants to tank the least and who want to win/make the playoffs the most. I think trades could significantly change what teams do. Like if Sac-town makes a trade they might shift.
Right now if I had to pick I think I would pick Minny. They are losing a lot of close games and I think they will start to gel more and improve. I think they have a similar run to what the Jazz did two years ago after the all-star break. I really could see any of those teams getting the 8th seed though.

Ben Simmons’ regularly scheduled foot scan at the Hospital of Special Surgery in New York on Monday showed he has healed and everything is fine, according to the 76ers.
The Sixers' first overall pick in June’s NBA draft could make his debut in late February or early March.
Simmons suffered a Jones fracture of the fifth metatarsal bone in his right foot on Sept. 30, the final day of training camp. He had surgery in October. The 6-foot-10 point guard has been doing some work with the team and returning at the team’s practice facility at night to work on his shooting.
