Damn! Good ****, bro. What happened in the 1st-round of this this thing? Wasn't the vote 31-3?

WC if you would run the next draft or next year's draft without JTT's participation I think a lot of people would still take part in. You've done a good job this year no matter what people say.

I don't understand what he doesn't get. The thought of him running one is hilarious to me hence why I joked about him doing it.

I'm running the current players draft no matter what. If he wants to run his own draft more power to him.

Give it a rest. It was funny at first now you're just being annoying. In what world is letting you run this thing a good idea especially when you ruined the other draft?

Yah, but I was talking about the ESPN Fantasy Competition we have running in Nightmare's private forum. There's me, Dr. Jones, Dala, Wes, JTT, etc, participating. Last season I came first, Dala and Dr. Jones came 2nd and 3rd.


IIRC JustTheTip came in dead last. That's based on REAL STATS, no votes, no nothing.


So I'd be interested to see what JTT has to say about THAT.

I came in and replaced a team that hadn't set their lineup for weeks, made a trade or two, and never lost a single matchup after I came in.

In fact, I remember you saying you didn't deserve to be in, and offering your playoff spot to me. I declined, because your record was better, but not because [MENTION=698]JimLes[/MENTION] never set his lineup. You ended up going on a hot streak and winning, but you were begging me to take your playoff spot so you could get a lottery pick. Ask any of the other guys that were in it. I was a replacement owner lol.

That was a good try twisting facts tho Triple K.

No, it's still amusing.

The idea that you think it's difficult to run, is amusing. Just takes time and a little brains. I'll give you some helpers.

1) Either a no-trade rule, or 2 trade maximum. The majority of people would like it, and it would draw new people in. If they want to change later, you can. People like Thee are signing up anyways, so he doesn't matter. Get new blood. Otherwise it'll be lame.

2) Set up concrete rules before. We saw how the disaster of you making **** up as you go with a tie breaker went. You have options, before, ask 3 non-participants to abstain from voting so they can be the official tie breakers. Or, only count the votes of people who participated in the draft. Simple ideas, yet effective.

3) 24 hour time clock, no time running on the weekend. There seemed to be a lot of people this year who thought we should skip people on weekends. Make sure they know that's not the case. As commissioner, you need to pay attention and make sure people know what's going on.

4) Take time before you make rash decisions. We saw that play out this year too.

5) Don't start official sign ups until you make a thread. New people won't know about it, and they'll feel intimidated/left out once you do announce the thread.

6) Don't take this so seriously, and have a little fun. I highly suggest you either run the competition with no team, or just have a team and don't run it. I don't need to run it, but anybody else could. It's not hard. Hell, Siro did it before you "stole" it. Of course, he didn't think it was his reason for living like you do, so idk.

I'd really stress the trade one. Waiting for all of you to trade sucks. Show us how good you are by just picking a team. Everybody's on the same playing field. And whatever you do, ignore Thee. He's just mad because I left him for another.

Idk. Every year you're involved, tons of random lurkers voting, ALWAYS for you.

You get called out on it.

This year, NONE of the random lurkers are voting at all.

Doesn't look good my man, doesn't look good.

And if you're willing to make me look bad when I came in and rescued a team over halfway through, and you begged me to take your playoff spot, then what else are you willing to lie about?
