I know nothing except that
1 - "combo guards" are perhaps my least favorite positional players of the nine I can think of.
2 - non-shooting perimeter players are my pet peeve
3 - players described as athletes before anything else do little for me.

It seems like the Jazz were in love with this guy, so if I'm trusting them, then I love this move. Otherwise? Ehhhhhh.

Again, though, I know nothing.

I think Avery Bradley is a good comparison. And I have wanted him for years. With Hayward, Mitchell and Exum/Hill, any of those guys can bring the ball down and initiate the offense.
