2018 Annual JazzFanz All-Time NBA Draft

It hurt to pass on Earl Monroe (who IMO was easily the biggest snub), but I needed a PF for my bench. Was sorely tempted by both Larry Nance and Michael Cooper.

With how my draft fell, I didn’t see any PGs worthy of the starting lineup once I got all the way to my 5th starter, so I’m going to start Giannis as a point guard/forward and put Kemp in the starting lineup at PF. The Greek Freak and Jordan have both proven that they can handle running the offense both off and on ball.

Antetokounmpo / Frazier
Jordan / Gervin
Wilkins / King
Kemp / Love
Ewing / Gilmore

Imo Giannis hasnt shown this ability at all, in fact I think its his greatest weakness. In transition he is fine but looks a total mess against a half court defense.

I know I know you said not to harp too much on your listed rotations... but wtf man?

Drafted rosters to this point

Sorry if I screwed up some rotations, as I can’t, read any of your idiot minds! Good god why would I want to!!

Eminence
...........................
Steph Curry. John Havlicek

Victor Oladipo Luol Deng

Jerry West. Lamar Odom

Draymond Green. Sidney Moncrief

Bill Walton. Nate Thurmond

Lol, but seriously thanks for putting all the rosters together in one place, I appreciate it!

You do realize he played pg full time in the 15-16 season. He’s probably isn’t the best half court pg in the world, but MJ completely erases that problem.

I think there are always difficult choices, I went for Horace because he is a superb defender, can play the four or the five, is highly mobile, I felt like i already had enough quality scorers so i wanted unique role players, I seriously considered Oak and Buck Williams but i felt Horace was a better fit for what I want for the team.

But Larry Nance Sr was still available, better defender, more athletic, more outside range, and only marginally better rebounder, and on top of that, Nance was a rim protector, just a better player all around.

And he don't play the 5

Also, you don’t want Grant playing any C in a league where every Center is an all time great, at 6-10 215 lb’s. Guys hi Hakeem Olajuwon David Robinson Moses Malone Patrick Ewing Wilt and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on a nightly basis. Not a good idea

Grant over Nance imo, think he was the best defender on that 1st Bulls 3pt.

Well, in my opinion Nance was more well rounded and a better defender. A lot more mobile, athletic, more skilled, great shot blocker, more versatile then Grant. Grant was a role player, Nance was a building block.
