I'm on record saying that the Suns will regret not selecting Doncic; this will be an epic blunder on the scale of Oden over Durant or Bowie over Jordan. This is now a wing driven league, which makes this draft's fascination with bigs a bit perplexing (other than the supply may be larger this year).
In terms of pure *** covering, Doncic is the safer move. Given where the league now stands, fewer people will criticize you for taking an upside risk wing than for taking an upside risk big.
