Simons is more of a combo/2.
Lecque is a modern athletic 1
Are there any Lecque full game tapes available for the public? He's another one I need to watch before the draft.

I agree. I wasn’t necessarily comparing the two as much as I was admitting that I hope the Jazz take more risks on young, athletic players with high upside in the draft. IMO - they “play it safe” too often and should take more risks. For what it’s worth. . . the guy I really wanted last year was Kevin Huerter (and I was pretty sure they’d have to trade up to get him.)I actually assumed a lot of people would compare Lecque to Simons, but I didn’t like Simons last year and def am liking Lecque this year.
I think he’s more athletic and “mature” looking than Simons but Simons is longer, no?
We can just enroll him into some proprioception enhancement classes... no worries.
Samanic is my guy at 23 until I see something better. I'd take him over Kabengele for example.

I’d try to bring both Bazley and Lecque in for workouts. Have them run with some experienced players and base a lot of my evaluation off of what they do in that environment. I think that a mid-to-late 1st round pick like #23 would be enough to entice them to come workout.Lecque has zero shot. Zero. And his form looks shaky. That would be very concerning to me.

I wouldn't overreact to one scrimmage at the Combine. Samanic probably goes late first/early second unless he shows that he's close to a knock-down shooter. I'm not sure he's a starter in the NBA.
