I think Utah throws in Allen at the last second and Memphis takes it.

**** that. Allen is going to be a valuable rotation player, no for me if Exum or Allen are involved. Never mind the fact I don’t have much interest in him to start with.

I wish the general public didn't want to come to Utah. Unfortunately I have been hearing that we are one of, if not #1, fastest growing states in the country. Pisses me off tbh

Yeah, Utah is the fastest growing state. Mountains are getting over crowded. Still, not on the level of CO or Tahoe. I'm happy to be in a less populated mountain region. I can mountain bike/hike/fish largely alone.

Man if we pass on Conley and Exum is the reason why... he better turn it up... we are doubling and tripling down on this guy.

I'm probably in the minority but think I'd rather retain Allen than Exum.

Also, I have faith in Conley having a longish career given his dad was an athlete for a living.

So was Exum's dad. Maybe Conley and Exum have long careers because they haven't played that many games due to injury so they have lower mileage.
