I dont even think its necessarily a point guard problem. Point guards generally dont push you over the hump to win championships anyways. What we need is another dominant scorer who can push us through when we are having trouble scoring. Donavan is great, but he needs a sidekick. Preferably a taller one. We dont have anyone who can help him. Ingles is great, but isnt going to take over a game.

Lets see, do we know of any available players who are big and who are really good at scoring? Can you think of any names that come to mind Thee?

IMO we are better suited not making a trade, letting Rubio and Favors walk, make Mitchell the pg, and sign one of Niko, or Harris.

Way too much. The chance that he gets a bloated offer will still be there... that’s what FA is for markets other than LA, Miami and sometimes Boston... overpaying for guys that may get better and be worth big money. Unless you want to play in the MLE and lower market.

You can’t push all in on a guy like Russell... has too many red flags. We may get another project with our first rounder or we may get a Rudy or Kuzma or a Siakam... I’m not opposed to trading our pick for a more certain player but Russell has some significant red flags... injury, maturity, and he just might not be really good.

If the front office did the deal I proposed, I would have faith that they don't have those concerns with maturity, injuries, etc. Having his restricted free agent rights this summer would be huge. I don't think he gets a max that we would have to match.

This is like saying, five years ago, you would’ve certainly dated girl x over girl y, so why not date girl x now even though we now know she’s dumb/a pita (Jabari’s dumb comments on defense and his lack of effort on d), a gold-digger (he makes a lot of money), and has the body to get fatter (Jabari’s Tongan blood is def coming out).

Yeah girl y has been underwhelming despite having some basic sexiness (Dante’s upside), but maybe she just needs the confidence in herself and a little more time to grow to truly bud into the hotty we know she is, in and out of the bedroom. At half the cost with none of the headache.

If I had any faith in our front office walking away from Rubio and Favors and trusting the unknown, I would agree with you 100%. I just don't believe that happens. I think we end up keeping Rubio or Favors or both.

I have spoken about other things players ect! But definitely this the most. It's cause I've seen it before. Where a coach ruined a players career. I played in the same team. Same situation as Dante this player was so talented the coach brought him down so much that he gave it away. So I've actually seen it. I just think quin is disgraceful and shouldn't be a coach. I think Grayson might be in trouble as well tbh.
