I think the pelicans should ask for more than Tatum. AD is way better imoWith the Pelicans struggles, I still think AD gets traded before the deadline. If I'm NOLA, I make the call to Boston and simply ask - "would you trade Tatum for AD this summer?" If they say no, NOLA should trade AD to LA by February 7th.

I think so too but Boston must be willing to send Tatum. They will try to send Brown and many draft picks instead.I think the pelicans should ask for more than Tatum. AD is way better imo

Are the Pelicans struggling really? Pretty much every team in the west are like 2-3 games from the playoffs. With the Pelicans struggles, I still think AD gets traded before the deadline. i don't think favors is perfect, but his PER doesn't lie.
21.10
also, him and rudy are like top 10 in the league at fg%.
gobert is at 1
favors is at 7
mostly dunks, but favors does get to the basket. gets up around 9shots per game and makes 60% of them, that's pretty damn nice.
Let’s hope it doesn’t. But his salary doesn’t lie either, and neither does his pedestrian +/-.
He is a good and well-rounded player. He is also a poor fit for this roster.
I don’t understand why the C’s aren’t all over Favors junk, Favors isn’t anything close to just a role player, but because Gobert plays his same position he’s been relegated to being a role player
I’d want Tatum and Brown.
Klay will never get more press in the smallest market in pro sports and on a worse team.If the jazz were to show considerable interest in Klay, what’s the likelyhood he’d seriously consider the jazz. As long as he plays next to Curry he’ll never get the press he might be looking for. He’d fit great with Gobert in the middle, and Mitchell and Ingles setting him up.
Thoughts?

He gets plenty now. He’s on the best roster ever assembled, and he might still play second-fiddle on the Jazz.Your still back in 20 years ago. He’ll get plenty of press if he performs. Look at all the love Mitchell got last year and Gobert winning DPOY. If Klay helps guid the jazz into contention he’ll get plenty.

He has a bigger name then both Mitchell and Gobert, he’ll never have a bigger name then either Curry, Durant or even Green unless he leaves. He gets plenty now. He’s on the best roster ever assembled, and he might still play second-fiddle on the Jazz.
I support going after him, but his reasons for leaving that situation for this one are slim-to-none.
He won’t have a bigger name than Curry or Durant after his hypothetically coming here, either. And he might still be second-fiddle here.He has a bigger name then both Mitchell and Gobert, he’ll never have a bigger name then either Curry, Durant or even Green unless he leaves.

Additionally, the reason the Warriors work is because of a lack of toxic ego ******** that plagues the league. His fit in the Warriors would be questionable if he was that concerned with that ego ********.
