Why would we want Lowry? I mean maybe a few years ago but he's looking a little washed this season. Not sure he has much left.

I would want him... not sure I'm giving them a pick for him though... they aren't swappable in our trade with Memphis imo.

Maybe they flip him to Detroit and take that pick plus the crappy contracts... if they save a bit on the difference between Gasol and JV maybe the salary next year ain't that bad.

Blake and Kyle can be super pissed off together in Detroit together.

They don't have a pick this year... so it'd have to be 2021.

That makes a little more sense, Toronto's pick this year would be garbage but would likely be better the year after with aging Gasol and Conley, and the potential for Kawhi to walk.

Tony Jones says there's no way we'd trade Mitchell, i bet DL laughed in their face. plus that makes zero sense for us. But who knows.

Agreed, you would have to have no brain to make that trade.

Every GM in the NBA would make that trade. Kuzma is worth more than 2 late 1st rounders. It's not even close. Go to your little other forums and ask. Would you give up two picks in the 20's for Kyle Kuzma? Every GM does that deal.

Toronto is better than Utah and if they dump Lowry and he falls into Utah it looks like scraps and Toronto looks bold and aggressive in getting Conley/Gasol to go with Leonard/Siakam,and Green.
Lowry isn't going to make Utah better by coming to the western Conference.
Utah better see if the embers are still warm in Washington for Otto Porter

Nah... Lakers will add another pick... there is a lot of volume there, but nothing hard and fast that gets you excited.

Pelicans haven't even countered... just said "nah we'd want more". Lakers are trying to get them to throw out the mega offer so they can say "that's way too much... we accept and where do we sign".
