I’d include Exum and take out the second rounder. In a year we may be hoping to dump him for nothing. That’s possible. It’s also possible we view him as a huge steal, but it’s just as possible we don’t. I wouldn’t have him be a deal breaker.

That really sucks if the rumor about Conley not wanting to come to Utah is true. Makes me even more pessimistic than I already was about our chances in free agency.

It seems like DL loves Exum. They've been firm in their refusal to include him in trade talks. They must see something in him... to first give him that contract and now to refuse including him in a Conley package.
