we are talking about NWG, Tucker, Brantley or even Niang whose 2021 salary isn't guaranteed. just waive two of these guys we'll have space for Spellman and Evans, plus we'd gain a second round pick instead of losing two. If you'll have to go into the tax anyways, why not spend the money on guys who'd actually have a chance to play, like Spellman. or you are just content at going into the season with 14 or even 13 active players on the roster WHILE paying the LT?

Yep. He fits next to Kuz, AD, and LeBron. Probably Gasol too.

I honestly completely forgot about Kuzma. That's a terribly versatile big rotation, especially considering James' ability to play there as well.
I do like the way the Jazz matchup with the Lakers now. Favors/Gobert have always had AD's number in matchups.
I'm a bit dissapointed the Jazz didnt sign a better wing like a Justin Holiday, but I'm also excited that the FO is signaling some faith in Oni. I really like him as a prospect and it will be fun to see if he and/or Hughes can develop into Utah's next crop of rotation wings.
