What's new

2020 Presidential election

No ifs ands or buts Obama, Biden and Hillary committed treason. There is no denying it... It's in writing.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified documents on Tuesday showing that former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Barack Obama about the plan that Hillary Clinton allegedly approved to smear then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as a way of distracting from her email scandal.

"Ratcliffe declassified Brennan’s handwritten notes – which were taken after he briefed Obama on the intelligence the CIA received – and a CIA memo, which revealed that officials referred the matter to the FBI for potential investigative action,” Fox News reported. “That referral was sent to then-FBI Director James Comey and then-Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok.”

Like to see you twist Brennan's words @Red , @One Brow

A bold move? To not explore further aide? When Powell has been screaming for more because there's nothing else he can do to keep the economy propped up on wobbly legs? And who turned him in to Mitch McConnel's boss (not being rhetorical here)? Can't they negotiate while still working to move the confirmation forward? It's possible as a legislator to run and chew gum at the same time. Donald's part in this is simple - he signs the bill they negotiate and provide to him. I mean... wow.

Whatever the reason - Dems, reality, fright, whatever - COVID is a real fear, and it's affecting the economy. There's nothing Trump can do about that. He's been trying and failing miserably. He's at the point now here he HAS to take action, regardless of the cause, or huge swaths of our economy are going to die like branches of a tree that suddenly get chopped off.

I'm starting to wonder if he's trying NOT to win the election, in spite of everything. The markets are turning down. Even the WSJ is absolutely castrating him for this.

It makes no sense.

It makes perfect sense if you’re a broken man who wants to destroy himself and the country. Seriously, he’s self destructing, which is what many narcissists end up doing (hitler did). And now he wants to **** up the country as bad as he can. What better way to stick it to America that rejected him than to destroy it? It’s his final finger to Biden, make Biden spend his entire first term dealing with the economic fallout of covid.

Democrats are pissed. Please don't threaten to shoot me again.

A Texas grand jury recently indicted streaming service Netflix for allegedly disseminating “lewd visual material” with its film “Cuties,” which drew furor last month for its depiction of pre-pubescent girls in sexually provocative situations.

'a bit' being the key phasing there, but you both have many of the same flaws

If you don't know Benny boy has always been anti-trump.

Completely disagree. Disagreeing with Trump 1 percent of the time doesn’t make him anti Trump. Ben relies on the facade that he’s anti Trump but has excused him time after time after time. He’s far from being this independent voice of moderate conservativism.

Bill Kristol, Charlie Sykes, and Michael Steele are anti Trump. Amanda carpenter, Jennifer Rubin, and Anne Applebaum are all conservatives I respect who are definitely anti Trump.

Shapiro isn’t anti Trump. He’s not in the same boat as those above. Shapiro might not be a Trump fluffer, like the goons on Fox News in the evening or on fox Business or lindsey Graham. But he’s not anti Trump.

the point being, mocking how anyone not worshipping at the feet of Trump is instantly exiled off Trump island. I’m sorry if that point was too subtle. I’ll try to be more explicit next time.

And as far as the comparison to Jazzy, that’s silly. He’s a troll that doesn’t even attempt to engage in rational debate or discussion.

I really had no idea. I should keep closer track of what Ben Shapiro thinks about stuff... or not.

I actually think pulling the plug on aid is part of the plan. Trump pulled the plug because he’s self-destructing and/or Moscow Mitch pushed him into pulling the plug so they could make a wreck of the economy for Biden. I wouldn’t put it past Moscow Mitch to try to wreck the American economy to kill the Biden administration in its infancy.

As an educator in political science, I think this gives me a key insight into things. Mitch is merely rerunning the same playbook he ran in 2008 when they tried to sabotage Obama’s efforts in rescuing the economy. Republicans purposely tried to make it harder to pull out of the recession in order to make Obama a one term president.

I think they’re trying the same again hoping that Democrats will be blamed in 2022 and 2024 for not rescuing the economy fast enough.
