The California law that would keep trump off the ballot unless he releases his taxes is an amalgam of unconstitutionality and political stupidity.

Democrats seem to be doing all the right moves to lose this thing. It is truly a party led by losers.

Whether or not it's unconstitutional is tough to say, but I agree it's at best pointless. Trump could still be written in on primary ballots, (remember this law has to do with keeping Trump off the state's primary ballot, not the general), and the RNC could decide to just scrap the results of the California primary if he somehow lost it, with there being no serious challenger.

That said, however it goes I don't think this will have much to do with Trump either getting elected or not.

If I were a marginal trump supporter I’d see it as dirty political pool and would be more likely to vote for him. It is actual factual support for the “it’s rigged” narrative.

And there are plenty of marginal Trump voters who have questions about Trump's shady finances and this is a constant reminder that he continues to hide them. It's a wash.

Half this board isn’t trumper. Only about 3-4 members are. And those 3-4 members who really do support trump have such a limited intellect that they’re best known for converting oxygen into carbon dioxide. Their greatest challenge in life is to avoid soiling themselves everyday.

They’re probably the same morons who buy *** wipes from Alex jones

Washington Post conservative columnist Jennifer Rubin has given up on the state of the Republican Party. She's been as harshly critical of Trump as anybody on the Left.

“The only plausible path at this point is to crush the Republican Party so resoundingly at every level that it is forced to abandon Trumpism, recruit an entirely different generation of leadership and devise an agenda that is not based on right-wing nationalism,” Rubin concludes. “Helping Democrats achieve that end should be the goal of all decent Americans — including Republicans who want one day to be able to vote in good faith for a Republican Party true to the tradition of Lincoln and Teddy Roosevelt.”
 
Hillary is coming out of the forest because she wants revenge and will be the nominee because she is better than the current people fighting for it. She will come in late after they blown their dough. and will play the sane one and that’s saying something
