I've already prepared myself to be disappointed for the draft tomorrow, just like how I've always prepared myself to be disappointed in the playoffs too, those bunch of goddam Frauds.

Anyway, the most Jazz like picks are, whether they stay at 30 or trade out into the 2nd round are; Joe Wieskamp (the most jazziest pick of all it's cheezy lol) Quentin Grimes, Joel Ayayi, Herb Jones and Aaron Henry.

Or they will be in the tax and giving a guy a chance at $900k saves them 2-3M between salary and tax. Its a free prospect essentially if you are in the tax.

Nah... that is too small a piece to have any factor at all. They likely have someone they like and the player might even go undrafted... but if you draft them they can make 900k the first year instead of 1.7m. You save $800k... if you are in the tax you save 2x or 3x times that... so you pay $2M to save $2-3M and get a guy you want. I think they did it early because the price could rise... although Givony says the price may fall... I am not sure he is factoring in how many tax teams are out there.

Jazz should offer Udoka and #30 to Houston for #24 if Garuba is there. It might not work, but they should try.

And not that it concerns us, but he said Atlanta is offering Cam Reddish and 20 to move into the late lottery.
