He was working to trade one of his two picks before he went on the clock. He might be trying to finalize a deal with somebody. I can think of a few people worth trading up for.

Best duos in no particular order Shaq/Wade, Durant/Russell, Kawhi/Garnett, Robertson/Malone and Giannis/Robinson.
I would add Duncan/Erving as well. Dr J is always so criminally underrated.
The best trio talent wise might be Kobe/Pippen/Luka but I think Wes botched the rest of his team after that.
Sid the Squid should be a starter in these things if all things were equal.
