2023 NBA Combine Thread

Basketball is pretty ugly when you've got these unathletic, traditional bigs clogging the paint.

Disagree. Dumb not to play. Look at what Jalen Williams did for himself last year.
he just played an entire season with fringe nba players in the g league and played great. iow, he's already proven himself against that type of competition. he has nothing to gain by playing in two or three scrimmages against different fringe nba players and future g leaguers.

Main standout was Wong.

Bailey had some good passes and just generally looked comfortable out there, but didnt do much offensively and got 2 or 3 of his shots blocked.

Wong's team played really well together and everyone on the court did a good job of sticking to their strengths.

Walsh is still an absolute negative on offense.

Sanogo looks a bit lighter/quicker than he did at UConn.

OMP looks massive. Is going to get a lot of buzz just because he looks the part to a T.

Dillon Mitchell is actually attempting things on offense and it's wild to watch after seeing him be invisible at UT. Will definitely get drafted.

That's just flat out wrong. The combine scrimmages have proven year after year that if you really stand out in that setting it will boost your draft stock.

Amari when making the right play, keeping the offense moving = Great
Amari when needed to make something out of nothing = Close your eyes
