Here is one dilemma that I have with prospects. I only get to watch maybe 1 game of each of the prospects and my opinion starts to get fashioned off what I saw in that game. After that, it is hard to get that 1 game out in my opinion.

man, how would it be to have that dude coming off screens shooting jumpers. just beautiful.

There is a dude on Youtube that cuts together games like these NFL games where its just the plays and no other fluff in-between. I'd recommend going that route over just highlight videos.

Honestly not the type of game you’d come away impressed with a guy but I was. Did a lot more beyond just score in big sections of the game.


Side note: Miller a non-factor right now in this Bama v Miss St game. Miss St playing out of the their minds right now and Bama not moving the ball outside of Miller on the few touches he’s gotten.

i was impressed GG in that game too. pretty inefficient, but he looked so damn skilled. as far as miller, even when he's a non-factor and had a mediocre game he's pretty good. 5-9 FGs, 13 pts, 6 rebs, 2 asts, 3 steals. and literally every oad prospect not named zion had games like that where either they didn't do much or they were just plain bad.

And what if he has more to his game? They use him off-ball so much because Andre Jackson kind of has to be on ball. If he had more self-creation than we know, he could be a steal.

I can see Taylor having a Patrick Williams like rise up draft boards… if we can’t get Wemby or Scoot then I need us to find a way to land Black and Hendricks.

His floater game is going to translate. And keeping him out of the paint isn't going to be easy.

Here's GG from last night. Looks like he can finish with either hand. That Florida dude, no. 33, lists at 300 lbs, btw.

Jarace, GG and Hendricks could become an interesting debate. With Hendricks, the question is what he can do off the dribble. Can he create for himself? Can he get by his defender? Can he pass on the move?

everybody should watch this if they haven't. so many pretty shots, but the jumper at :20 and the pull up from about 17 after he curled around the screen at 1:45 are gorgeous. if he's there at 20, you'd have to be crazy to pass on him.

he's old, but TJD has been absolutely killing it. winning games as "by himself" as you can get. 25 and 21 in a 4 point win last night over minnesota. i think you take him in the late first. has his warts as an nba prospect, but guys who are that productive tend to figure out a way to make rotations and play well in the nba. the athleticism and motor will translate.

he's old, but TJD has been absolutely killing it. winning games as "by himself" as you can get. 25 and 21 in a 4 point win last night over minnesota. i think you take him in the late first. has his warts as an nba prospect, but guys who are that productive tend to figure out a way to make rotations and play well in the nba. the athleticism and motor will translate.
