You know the other car had a gun, right. So he brings a guy a loaded gun and doesn't think there is a chance that it will be used. That is some horse **** right there. Being young doesn't excuse that type of ********.

And he literally almost got shot by the boyfriend of the victimHe’s not the one who shot them though.
Your type of thinking is really disgusting and the reason we have so many innocent bystanders killed in these situations. There is no good reason for him to bring him a gun. Miles could have left the situation or called the cops if someone was threatening him. As far as we know though Miles was the aggressor and Miller brought him the final tool. You know the other car had a gun, right.
He hasn't been charged with anything yet. The charge would be accessory to murder. Now that this story is blowing up I would expect a fresh look from the district attorney. He wasn’t charged with anything though. What can they charge him with unless there was premeditation from him?

We have innocent bystanders cuz guns exist. I don't want guns to exist, but the laws allow them.Your type of thinking is really disgusting and the reason we have so many innocent bystanders killed in these situations. I thought the victim was on a fast food drive through waiting for their order. Millers buddies were there as well and went to hit on the girls but got sent away by the victims BF. They then called Miller in who not only brought them the gun but barricaded the drive-in lane with his car.Sounds like what happened:
Brandon Miller dropped off his teammates at the club in a vehicle that he co-owns with the other suspect but didn't stay
The other two Alabama players got into a heated altercation with a male outside of the club
They called him to come back to retreive the gun and started firing before he was able to leave or even knew what was going on
I doubt he willingly went to a location he knew his car was going to be shot up at
If Miles legally owned the gun and was legally allowed to carry it but had left it in his car, not sure how that's a crime to give it back
He wasn’t charged with anything though. What can they charge him with unless there was premeditation from him?
Weren't they his teammates? There is likely a 'knowledge and intent' standard that would be applied to see if Miller was an accessory to the crime committed, in this case a homicide. However, the situation is ugly enough that teams may keep their distance regardless of whether Miller is charged. The bottom line is that Miller apparently carried a murder weapon to a crime scene. Regardless of how much he knew about what was going to happen (or what might happen), that just shows poor judgement, and it shows he's running with a bad crowd.
