I’m not sure I get why the Jazz want Kuzma. I know people are enamored with the notion of Lauri being a 3 but he really isn’t. He can do it if required but he’s a 4 and Kuzma doesn’t bring to the table what would allow a lineup with Lauri at the 5 to be viable.
Kuzma has playmaking skills that would replace what KO brings us and allow Lauri to be the 4/3 type instead of being more perimeter based like a lot of similarly sized players as Kuzma would.
If he can shoot okay in an open gym then people are gonna **** their nuts.
They had a pro-day esque showing for the executives who came to watch the Finals series. They arent going to do team workouts, at least not publicized ones.
Ummm they could draft another player if they really thought that. Signing Kuzma would mean they are more likely to keep their pick imo… but really they have nothing to do with each other.
