Like, how does he think it's going to happen? Is he angling for KD to get sent out and for him to pair up with Booker? Because he has to know Beal isnt leaving.

That's kind of the only thing that makes any sense. Suns get a net return on assets to switch from KD to Butler.

I doubt a NBA team can just suspend a player without pay indefinitely.

What’s his issue with Utah? I know there is one but don’t know the story behind it.

Two things.

1. Does he know a deal can’t happen unless Beal is gone and he has a no trade clause? He's out of touch with reality.

2. Does Beal not want to go to Miami or does Miami not want Beal.

This is sooooo funny to me how Buttler wants out so bad but will only go to the team that can’t trade for him because of the washed up star with a no trade clause. What a hilarious story. Lmao

Beal: I will be a good soldier and smile through it.
Suns: But what if we keep trying to make an impossible trade?
Beal: Live your life man.

I think maybe he thinks he can push the price so low that Heat are like fine we will take Beal... Beal doesn't want to move anywhere and has the best agent in the game. Good luck but they are doing things backwards.
