That's going to be a tough one since he never actually played in the nba so we can only speculate on how good he would have been. Over the years we've seen 100's of what were thought to be great prospects bust.

Joe is the ultimate role player. Besides being an awesome shooter on and off the ball, he's a tier-one connector/facilitator, absolute menace to the opposition (defensively and otherwise), and a blast to have in the mix.
