2024 Jazzfanz Annual Current draft

Just advance the top 2 seeds automatically and have the other 12 fight for the other 6 spots in the play-in.
 
I don't think the SIM should be used for anything other than determining first round matchups for a couple of reasons. I don't feel strongly about any of these reasons, so I'm ok with whatever is decided:

- I don't play 2K, but my kids watch other kids using sims on 2K on YouTube, and I've seen some of the stuff the AI does, and it's just dumb.
- If people knew ahead of time that SIM would determine anything they might have built their team differently, like looking at 2K ratings.
- If the sim is really going to determine anything then people should be allowed to give matchup dependent minute distributions, but that would take way too long.

I still recommend just letting the sim determine teams 1-14 and then playing all matchups and letting the team with the highest amount of votes join the other 7 winners for an 8 team quarterfinals. That said, I don't really care that much.

Anyone want to do a legends draft? If so someone else needs to run it. I’m too burned out to run another draft. I’d like to do a legends draft but I don’t want to run it. These things take up too much of my time.

If someone can step up that would be great.

I'm good on drafts for a while. Thanks for putting this one together and for taking my sass and other nonsense poster throw at ya.

I thought you were struggling to finish the last draft and was surprised you took on this one when @Elizah Huge offered to host it.

Not sure what the thinking behind that was really.

I also recall saying I needed a break. I waited a week to start the voting then I was good to go. You try doing two drafts back to back over a month or so.
