If the Jazz don't move into the top 4, I think they should be able to trade up a couple spots if they're properly motivated. Some team is going to decide that Clingan or Knecht is their guy, and the Jazz can likely oblige them at #8. This is going to be a very situational and "eye of the beholder" type draft near the top.
