I think Filipowski would have gone 1st round last year if he came out.

In hindsight we smashed the value picks getting Williams at #10 and Collier at #29.

It’s like getting Gucci bags at 30-40% off.

Waiting on the intel of whether the jazz were targeting Collier with the trade up, but given that we would have likely taken Williams if we jumped to #4 in the lottery takes a lot of the sting out of falling 2 spots

It’s over, second round is tomorrow. That’s what we do now.

I know a lot of fans don’t like this, but I remember when the NFL made changes to their schedule and the extra time to talk trades and reset the board overnight changed the quality of 2nd round picks immediately. As annoying as it is, I think it’s a good move. Hopefully, it allows the Jazz to make another home run pick tomorrow.

Yah the draft really fell our way again this year.

We got great values 2 years in a row now.

I think Filipowski would have gone 1st round last year if he came out.

He had double hip surgery that summer. I doubt he would have.

I think a guy like him either just gets lucky a team wants him in the right slot or he falls
