Brother they are waiting on Mitchell to sign the contract.
They are probably unsettled and unnerved...
They seem to think it's a done deal. I'm not sure what is happening exactly, but they dont seem too worried.
Also I think the Jazz have the most cap space after all the current deals are finalized
