I think the draft is likely to unfold:

1. Mavs - Flagg
2. Spurs - Harper
3. Sixers - Edgecombe
4. Hornets - Tre Johnson
5. Jazz - Bailey
6. Wizards - Fears

The pick that's most likely to move is Philly's.

Hey, without the break until the second round we may not have gotten all the Filipowski "why did he fall" content last year? Paid for itself in attention just in one year.

I’m hoping for a trade up to #3 for Edgecombe or a trade down to #6/7 for Tre/Kon. Trades could effect the order, but here’s generally how I see the priority for teams:

PHI - VJ
CHO - Trade for VJ, or take Kon/Tre
WAS - Ace/Fears
NOP - Ace/Fears

So in theory, whoever CHO doesn’t take at 4 will be there at 6/7 if the Jazz trade back. I say we draft Ace and start a mini bidding war between WAS/NOP. Or if we’re an Ace team we just take him.

Anyone thinking you could trade down and still get Kon I think is in for a rude awakening. We’d be lucky if he lasted to #5, I’m hoping he does and that’s the pick.

Hopefully lots of crazy stuff happens and Jazz have a future star by the end of the night

Kon is great and would be a great pick. I hope we get one of Fears/Kon. Would be a little disappointed with Tre/Ace. Would be confused but intrigued with Maluach.
