What's new

3-wing lineups are a bandaid + we shouldn't wait for Dante

I don't think trading Burks would be a big deal. We were good without him.

Maybe someone like Jordan Clarkson is available?

Jordan Clarkson is just a SG who has been playing PG in the absence of a real PG.

What about Isaiah Thomas or Marcus smart?

Boston likes Terry Rozier and they seem like they might want to keep flipping players for their long rebuild.

Hell I'd rather have Rozier. I think he'd be good right now too. But I think they like him a lot.

Patrick Beverly

Houston might not want to part with anything though. Not sure what would do it.

Sure, any of those guys would be good. I wouldn't give up Burks for any of them though.

Mathew Delladedova

Hate his offense, but he could fill the same role Exum was playing.

Don't like it that much though.

Utah should have rolled the dice on Lawson when they had the chance. Baking the cake sounded good, but now fans are getting hangry because the cake is taking longer than expected.

Ricky Rubio

Huge Risk. He just got paid a ton and is hurt all the time. But is still young.

Minnesota might want to move on from him since they just drafted Tyus Jones. I wouldn't mind Tyus either, but he's only 19.

Ricky Rubio cannot shoot worth a festering pile of S8ite Dellavedova is a hack but check out his 3 pt % to go with scrappy D Ty Lawson .... really ...
Patrick Beverley yes but probably not for what they'd want

Should have gone after Jeremy Lin.

Tyus is small and doesn't look like he can defend anybody. I doubt anyone considers him a starter at this point.

Anyone that can believably stretch a defense and also want to pass first are pretty much my only serious criteria at this point.

Dante is becoming more overrated than Kanter's pancake ***. Trading value-gamble at a high point isn't the same as "giving up on".
I agree.
If the league thinks dante has high trade value then I think the jazz should use it.
Im not so sure that other nba teams think all that highly of exum though

I was all about baking the cake...... Except for the pg position.

I think the cake baking was more in reference to all the wings that were being talked about (danny green, demarre carroll, etc)

He's 6' without shoes. 6'2" with them. 6'5" wing span. He's not that small. That's hardly a size that would hold him back from being good.

I don't know much about him, but that's smaller than Burke.

No its not. Burke is smaller according to draft express.

That's not the problem anyways. The problem is Burke sucks. Chris Paul does plenty with his size who is the same size as Burke.
