A blog post on the anticipation of a racial war

Believe me, I didn't think you were being deep nor that you intentionally hid meanings, nor was that part of what I asked you.

There is no deep thinking to do. From what handlers posted that's a reasonable interpretation. But as initially stated it is based off hantlers post. Not the source materiel.

As for not clicking the link. It has nothing to do with not wishing to read the materiel. It has to do with not clicking links at work. Which is why I asked One Brow for a synopsis.

Lol my scared patanoid friend. I do not have deep think to do ever, i am like you perfectly my friend!

There is a difference between "all whites" and "whites in these particular groups", and a difference between "expecting a race war" and "engaging in behaviors that show an assumption of criminal behavior on the part of black people". It does not help to mix-and-match.

Perhaps your clarification would be better suited to the author of the blog, who uses general terms like "White America."

Yeah, this bothered me about the article as well. There needs to be qualifiers when taking on these types of subjects or else it's easy to dismiss.

That said, it's a very interesting post and I agree with a lot of it. I thought the link to this article was interesting and definitely not surprising:

https://www.theatlantic.com/health/...-scarcity-affects-perceptions-of-race/372438/

The article regarding unemployment among blacks made me think of that NYT article that I know I've posted before here on the forum:

https://www.nytimes.com/2009/12/01/us/01race.html

I think most of the good folks here on this forum get most of their racial cues from television. I would say that's definitely the case with their understanding of black Americans.

Did anyone else see that comment Beanbro made regarding blacks and fertility?

Why I am not surprised the PearlWatson like this blog?

So, when your read that an author wrote "- white people are trying to keep the black man down by not hiring any black people", you think "a reasonable interpretation" is that the author is "some guy who doesn't like white people trying to justify his own biases and possible failures in life", and yet, you think that doesn't say anything about your own feelings and biases?

I'm fairly sure the author of the blog knows the difference between "white America", the culture and power structure, and 'all white Americans', the meaning you seem to assign to the phrase.

Back to the former response, there are "whites in these particular groups" that are "expecting a race war", and that is an more severe manifestation of "engaging in behaviors that show an assumption of criminal behavior on the part of black people" that are exhibited by pretty much "all whites".
