Won’t happen but if he stays focused he’ll be a great player. He needs to learn how to affect the game outside of scoring, especially passing.

Just tune out the noise. Ace has been all smiles from the moment he's been here. This "Omar" jack *** will fadeaway here pretty quickly.
Outside of Karl Malone I don't think we have ever drafted a player with his talent + upside.
Yes he is raw and selfish. Which he should be. He is 18 years old (!!!) and has been the most talented player on the court of every game he has ever played until right now.
We got the #2 most talented player in the draft at #5. Count our blessings and just let him develop.

You just proved my point by saying we got the number two player in the draft. I agree! Haha I’m saying he will be great just not rookie of the year. That’s not a knock. Mitchell didnt get rookie of the year and his rookie year was incredible. ROY isnt important anyway. So many amazing players didnt get ROY. Kobe and Dirk’s rookie year wasn’t great. I think Flagg will get it.
And he wasn't afraid to put it out there that he's going for ROY. That says a lot about his confidence.
