What's new

Adam Morrison

The next season he cracks 38% shooting will be his first.

Not a good sign when that's listed as a strength.

On the bright side, he almost cracked 34% from three once.

Then again, anytime you can take a chance on a diabetic offensive player with a career high PER of 7.9 you have to do it.

He did average 20 ppg in the Vegas Summer League last year.

laughable. he couldnt even get minutes for the bobcats. I too knew he would be nada in the nba. To slow and he cried before the game was over in the tourny. As someone said he needs a lifecoach. Total waste of time and id much rather have larry hughes

We already drafted him with the #9 pick.

Hayward is not quick enough to guard SG's. And we will find out about his strength at SF. But no way he can guard SG's in this league. He doesn't have the lateral quickness. On offense it does not matter which position he plays. Defense is what counts when you are looking at which position they will play. And he is very questionable right now with the 2 or the 3 position. He won't have as hard of a time guarding SF's. Anybody who thinks he can actually guard the 2 position is crazy. Miles is quicker laterally than Hayward and he can barely do it. Miles already has a hard time guarding those players.
LOL; I thought CJ got moved to SF because he couldn't guard SG's. Since all indications are AK won't be playing PF this year, looks like he'll start at SF and CJ will back up Raja at SG. Hayward backs up AK at SF. If the D gets really bad at SG, we can always throw in Jeffers I guess. Looks like D at the SG position will be an adventure this year...

LOL at what?
Miles is better at SF but Miles will be backing up the 2 and 3 position. Hayward will be an afterthought. He won't get much playing time. Miles will back up the 2 position when the guy isn't quicker(this is what should happen) than him. Miles did get moved to the 3 because he can't guard the fast SG's.

The D at the shooting guard position will be the same or better than last year. I think Bell is the same or better than Matthews was last year. And Miles will play more, so our defense will be improved because Korver could not guard anyone. Its not ideal but its an improvement from last year. And when Hayward plays I think he will be better than Korver at D but he still isn't quick enough to guard SG's just like Korver wasn't.

Hell yeah pick him up! According to some on this site, he has 2 rings so that makes him better than most of the guys on the Jazz anyways! He's got championship experience!
