i'm really not concerned about his scoring against legit nba bigs at all. first of all, i have to repeat it again, enes is 6-11 1/4 in shoes, has a 7-1 1/2 wingspan and a 9-1 1/2 standing reach. so, he is not undersized for a center. he has legit center size. to go on with, he just turned 19 years old and there is still some room to grow. i expect him to become a legit 7 footer in shoes with a 7-2 wingspan and a 9-2 standing reach. his athleticizim is average or slightly above average but his quickness is above average and the way he runs the floor is above average as well. in the last interview he said he was going towards 270 lbs. expect him to become a 7-0 and 275 player in three or four years. men grow until they are 23, so enes has a chance to grow a little bit, too. but he doesn't have to, he already has solid size even if it isn't freakish.
enes will overpower most power forwards in the nba due to his strength and power and he will be to quick for many centers in the nba. against centers who are bigger than him, he will use his perimeter game more. he is a solid shooter and has a solid face up game which he has improved incredibly over the last two years, especially during his time at high school. right now in europe, he is dominant against most bigs who are smaller or at his size, so he does not use his face up game and midrange game that much because he doesn't have to. but against bigger guys, he will use his quickness and face up game much more. he already has a complete offensive game and he still has much room to improve. i have to say that i was suprised with how agile and how quick he is for a guy his size. i even was impressed by his solid defense. right now, he scores through offensive rebound put backs and back to the basket game. no need for his face up game and midrange jumpshots at all. but he will have to use it more often in the nba, that is obvious. he also will go the the free throw line very often. i do believe that he is more of a power forward than a center, but he really has the skillset to play both positions and also the size. he will create mismatches for both positions, you will see. he can be an impact player as a rookie, but he needs his two or three years to develop and there are only a hand full legit 7'+ bigs in the nba he will face.
