The way I've done it in the past is assigning a number to each GM (if there are 12, then each GM is assigned a number 1-12), then I use an online random number generator to determine the draft order.

Best way is probably to get an account with one of the video sites like youtube and upload it from there. If it's a quick video & not HD then it shouldn't take too long to upload.

Okay, I PM'ed a bunch of the solid NBA minds around the forum who came to mind. franklin, addictionary, Core4, GVC, stitches, Kenwood, billyshelby, YB85...a couple others too, to recruit them...So right now, with the addition of addictionary and franklin, we have 13. I'm going for 16.
