Then there should also be time limit between picks too, no?

This ain't my first rodeo, Kinkkkkkk.

Leanin' toward a 24 hour window. After the first 20 hours, if a team has not made their pick, there is a four hour window left. During that time, fish can make the pick for that team. However, the next team can not make its' selection until that four hour window (and 24 total hours) is up. The reason being, if fish has made his pick at say the 21 hour and 15 minute mark, and the team owner for who he picked comes online an hour later, I'd like to give him the opportunity to override fish's pick if he so desires.

spy? hack? thoughts?

the alternative to me is to give a 24 hour window to make a pick. if it's not made, fish then gets one hour to make the pick for that team--we can pm fish at the beginning of that hour...if no picks after the 25 hours, the next team is up...and whenever that aforementioned owner or fish comes online, they can draft immediately...even if it's three slots later...like the Vikings did because they're dumb.

I personally think 12 hour is plenty.
