Yeah, do it in your own house, that way the people who cared about you can pick up the bone fragements and decide which of the linens to keep and throw away (personal experience).

I'm sorry for your experience. My thought behind what I posted was more along the lines of "find a cleaner way to do it". I guess I didn't express that very well.
But then again, I guess when you're at that point in your life, thinking of others and what you leave behind isn't exactly on the forefront of your mind.

No need to apologize to me. You didn't say anything wrong and in my opinion suicide is used as a weapon against those who loved you, the ultimate final word in the relationships that are left behind. The hotel shouldn't have to deal with this type of mess anymore than anyone else should have to.
