It's official. Locke referred to it yesterday and here is the announcement. No Tomic for the Jazz.

My understanding is this doesnt change much. He was going to have to agree to this before FA for the NBA but there is an opt out clause. It does look like he got a little more because of his threat to leave to the NBA. It does seem unlikely he come over now but not sure this changes where we were at.
