Anyone know when Alec Burks is returning to the line up?

He had successful surgery on december 30th. Wednesday will be 9 weeks since his surgery. Why have we not heard any real updates about his date to return to the lineup?

There's no good reason to announce a return date until they are certain. If they say it's a week and it turns into two fans would be going crazy.

I have a friend who said they saw him in the VIP dinner room before a game and that he said that he would be back if they made the playoffs. That seems like a very long time. I trust the source but I know it sounds kind of like Best Buy. Also does not preclude him coming back earlier than that but I did not take it as encouraging.
