Don't be ridiculous please
Im not. Just saying that you, and all of us, do see/know the difference. As do GM's of nba teams. Finishing last is preferable due to the better worst case scenario.

I mean, of course 5 is better than 6. No one is arguing otherwise, Im just saying it's not that big of a difference. If someone pays a boatload to move from 6 to 5, then I would conceded that there was a big difference, but I doubt that happens.

We gained about a 10% chance of getting the 6th pick. Oh well, it’s been a better tank season than anyone could have asked for. And it came by way of Flip having one of the best rookie performances I can remember.

I thought you wanted 2nd worst?
He doesn't. No one does.
He was just talking superstitiously rather than rationally.

Also I think he thinks that last night's win may have an effect on how hard we try to win against Minnesota or something.

I just can't get myself to the point I hate this win. The guys enjoyed it so much. Nice to see them smiling and enjoying playing basketball, even if just for one game. Odds be damned, I've not held out much hope for #1 pick anyway.
