At what point is it time to get off Trey Burke's !~@#$#

Disagreed, Trey being Trey hit 6 three pointers, scores 20+ and hits game winning shots, change your perspective!

And he is going to shoot 6/8 on threes how often? Would there be all this love if he shot 3/8, or 2/8, or 1/8? Which he will do, as it will revert to the mean. The big question of course will be whether his mean this year will be 32% on 3s or some higher number.

When he stops sending dick pics.

Is he using PM to send them to you? I think that was a one time offense, correct? Doesn't make it less weird, but I don't see what makes you think he continues to send dickpicks unless they are direct to you. Perhaps you aren't getting pics that you are aware of and you are butthurt about it? Nuf hypotheticals...

I said this before and I will keep saying it. Trey in 2014 is like Hayward in 2013. Low shooting % can be attributed to being asked to take on the scoring load. Hayward was asked to pick up the load and he had a TERRIBLE year. 12 months later, he was Haygod, the destroyer. Trey was asked to carry the scoring load for our TERRIBLE bench and he had a low %, but he ended the year starting to figure things out. This year, he is starting out the year playing better than ever. Trey will be a force off the bench. He won't ever be Westbrook, but no one is asking him to be. Allen Iverson lite? Jerryd Bayless heavy? Yeah... somewhere in there. A threat to score anytime he is on the court. Hopefully he keeps a strong attitude about him because he could turn into Kancertwo if he doesn't. I think he has a place on the 2015 team to say the least.

If you watch Burke though he's not just shooting well he's playing smarter. Which to your point is probably because he's not taking the whole "scorer off the bench" thing too literal. The only game I thought he started shooting too much was the Grizz game, but when you start that hot it's completely acceptable. Otherwise he's been making the correct basketball play at an (dare I say) elite level. Trey hitting his ceiling in this league will require him to be an excellent decision maker.

Thank god he's not chucking this year. That was painful.

The comments in the NBA Ranking update were all about Burke

Utah (4-2)
Pace: 94.1 (30) OffRtg: 99.1 (17) DefRtg: 90.3 (1) NetRtg: +8.8 (2)
Jazz games continue to be rather slow and ugly, but Trey Burke is off to a strong offensive start, scoring in double-figures off the bench in each of the last five games after a scoreless opener. Utah's bench has good passers - Rodney Hood and Joe Ingles - on the wings, so Burke can be more of a scorer than a playmaker in backing up rookie Raul Neto. His usage rate is up, but his assist rate is way down from last season.
