Pizza Hut crust if full of grease. Total grease bomb.

Agreed. I can't stand Pizza Hut for that reason. Papa John's gets my vote as far as large chains go. Very good (and non-greasy) crust.

Best Pizza I have ever had was a local place in South Mississippi. The guy had moved from Central America, but his family was from Sicily. Dude made some badass New York style pizza and great lasagna too. He moved after Hurricane Katrina though, was extremely mad.

I admit I was hoping that Papas was going to be a bit better than it was, but I guess that's what the ultra competitive (pricing) market has done to overall quality.
