Biden has the Reade

Nah. You just openly admitted rape is only bad if it's Trump being alleged.

That's disgusting. Please say this guy has no kids
Biden never raped anyone nor was it ever alleged that he did. Tara Reade said he made inappropriate advances. Maybe so. But it's simply saying Biden is bad and Trump who raped a 13-year-old girl and threatened her family is dangerous. There's a big difference.

Trump has a rape lawsuit of the near-pre-teen variety. Still not sure you've got the moral high ground.

You're mistaken if your argument is that I am claiming any moral high ground for Trump or myself.

I understand Trump did a trip to Epstein's fantasy perversion island, as did many of our notable politicians. It seems he paid well for his various known ho experiences, as an underage girl whether consenting or not would qualify as rape. Most Mos gag as being Trump enthusiasts because he is not presumably "Temple-worthy". I don't respect that sort of reticense for objectively considering the politics of the man. I think Obama, the Bushes, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon and from Eisenhoswer on back were mostly within the Christian marriage laws although there are notable exception.

Then I'm not sure what your point is about Biden. Many of us have indicated we don't think he's a good candidate, maybe not even a decent human being, just that he is the lesser of 2, possibly horrible, evils. No one is "giving Biden a pass" on anything. If he has done something worthy of a conviction in the courts then I hope he gets convicted. Same goes for Trump, who has actually committed crimes, yet does not pay for them. This is widely regarded as one of the worst election choices of the last 50 years, maybe ever, in our country.

So what point are you trying to make?

Well, then.

It is my mistake to think you're going to vote for Biden. Oh, wait, you still say you will. And I will still vote for Trump.

I don't really know anything about Trump. You state things you believe in his history, you believe the charges some have made.

The way I analyze it, the Reade charge is made by someone who was on his campaign team at the time, who possibly spoke to a few people about it. Maybe even on the political insider team, and then when they couldn't really help her, she may have spoken to some close friends or neighbors. One now comes forward to state she was told the story shortly after it happened. Two liberal women having a pity party, more or less.

The questions I have about the charges against Trump would, in my uninformed and factless imagination, run something like this. It was one of Epstein's girls groomed to be nice to Epstein's very influential and powerful guests. I think there's the lady who did the job for Epstein, recruiting and managing..... grooming..... the underage girls, who is now on trial for her crimes, who is spilling the beans in an effort to either correct her path, or secure a more lenient sentence when it comes to that. Who to believe? I'm just not really there where I can actually believe anything. A lot of money probably has been shelled out by Trump to get his former Hos to sit quiet now, But I don't know that. A lot of money has been paid to people, women and girls, willing to come forward now and out Trump. It looks like some of those have been discredited. But I don't know the facts even there.

When you talk about rape, the situation or the circumstances are probably not the most important facts, but they still weigh in when it goes to court. It goes to credibility. A Ho sitting undressed on the bed with a fully paid up customer in the room is really not going to get the call.

But even then, I'm in no position to "believe" anything.

My vote goes to Trump because he found it politically to his advantage to sail with the huge political winds against the progressive governance that has been more or less leveling American prosperity and building up the dawning Age of China. With it, human liberty as a whole is going down the drain. We have to do whatever we can to avert that result.

It seems to me that a lot of Americans are financially compromized by grownign Chinese financieal influence in this country. It all goes with the globalism.

It was William J. Fulbright who in the 1960s wrote the book "Arrogance of Power" to help create the consensus that American or British pre-eminence in world politics was going to produce a backlash we couldn't manage. The effort to deflect that development has been a key element of the CFR circle of influence ever since.

We were told "Let China Rise" with the promise that they would just get nice and fit in with Western values such as human rights and rule of law. But it went the other way. We got manipulated by the artful Chinese sort of world view....... dynastic rule. Leading in this we got the Bush, and then the Clinton dynasties, both really the same CFR Rockefeller dynasty, if you wanna know who really ran things...... it was David Rockefeller. Some argue he was submissive to some Brits when it came right down to it, so who the hell knows.

And then, again, who really knows how much control the West has had within China over the communist era. Maurice Strong went over there to be the man. Utah's Huntsman dynasty had connections to Armand Hammer, who had an in with Stalin somehnow. The West has always had key people on the ground in commjunist states who had influence because they acted as a sort of front-line contact. The dictators knew well enough not to just throw them out or kill them or imprison them. The dictators knew they could get favors from them on terms, when needed.

I had unimportant connections with some of these people, unimportant enough to just be ignored myself. But connections enough to see what was happening, to know how things worked.

My family included some of Utah's leading Democrats, even Idaho's Senator Frank Church. My Strong family connections have been important enough to me to study things out pretty close.

My world view is that of the skeptic. I am the man who does not just "believe":, but watch and analyze. Before Trump was elected I wondered if Trump was the spoiler, the "Perot" who would make Hillary's election possible. But in my analysis, Trump just could not be in the race without the intent to win it. He might have gotten encouragement and even support from Hillary at the outset.

Yah, I am the black sheep of my family. I really got lost in the woods.

But I have noticed that "The Best Laid Plans of Mice and Men" regularly go astray. Even the plans of world-class geopolitical strategists like Maurice Strong. Or Vinegar Joe Stilwell. Stilwell was "The Man" in China during the twenties and thirties, probably never has been a more intelligent or knowledgeable or experienced expert on China. Without him, Mao would never have been.

IMO, China will not, now or ever, be a silly lap dog for British interests or American interests. We have underestimated the Chinese so vastly. The Chinese dynasties always expanded, always militarily, as far as they could go. It was simply the fact that they were outnumbered and overpowered at the perimeters that stalled their expansion. The whole idea of Cecil Rhodes for maintaining Western dominance, which is the real intent of Progressive idealism, is dissolved by the Asian political realities. Globalism as we have imagined it, is turned inside out by the Chinese.

A vote for Biden is a vote for China.

A vote for Trump, is, I hope, a vote for America.

I am influenced a lot by the facts of his current wife, who seems to have ended Trump's profligate strayings, sexually and politically,. He is married to a very strong anti-communist who loves the hope of American freedom, and American Exceptionalism, prevailing over the old order of communist-exploiting/communist tolerating world geopolitics. The old order is typical British division and playing off potential rivals in preference to fighting so many wars themselves on so many fronts. Trump is not that kind of tool, he is not going to fight those foreign wars for foreign interests.

If communist or socialist, the world has no future, whether climate change is real or not. If we are going to spread American values by example and influence, sans the guns, the world can solve the problems we face. Without losing human liberty or reducing human rights, or stomping on human opportunities.

Communism and socialism are just fake realities, lies. The ideas don't work. It always reduces to a kind of elite rule that is based on corrupt "connections" or lines of influence. It always reduces human options and choices. It always reduces prosperity.

Human liberty is not an ideology, it is the fact of free human intelligence empowered to act on the world, which has proven to be the mainspring of real prosperity and progress for everyone.

I don't think Trump is doing anything near what you are saying to preserve individual liberties. In fact his attempt to preempt the election is a direct blow to civil liberties.

Jesus christ. This thread, mainly babe, is even more evidence of how delusional and dumb Trump supporters are. I can see how lifelong republicans can hold their nose and say they'll never vote Dem. It's dumb but whatever, I can almost understand it. But you stupid morons that actually vocally support Trump, that defend him, it is just moronic. It's stupid. You are stupid. You are dumb and delusional.

Biden might be the equivalent of telling an inappropriate joke. Not ideal but whatever. Trump = drowning preschoolers in a vat full of lava in front of their parents.

Now, Kamala, imo is far far far worse than Biden. Not quite Trump but I think she is a bad person who would sell anyone, including herself, for a few more points in a poll. She is a horrible pick and I pray to whatever is out there that Biden can make it 4 years and Kamala can be buried on the depth chart just like she was in her presidential race.
