The Jazz sucked hella ding-dongs last year and didn't do anything obvious to the non-Jazz homer for much more optimism. Besides that, anyone being upset that their home-team doesn't get good press is just about the dumbest thing in the ****ing world.

I like reading simmons, I'm not a hater by any means...but him thinking we are planning to play Gobert/Favors/Kanter at the same time is just dumb. You can tell neither of them gave a **** about this segment. You don't have to follow the jazz to know that, that idea just doesn't make any sense.
Yeah, I kinda sat there watching the game thinking he already has a good feel for the game, plays decent defense, makes good passes and seems like a 'player'.
Exum's shooting is really his only glaring weakness at the moment. And if that's your ONLY glaring weakness, I think he'll at least be OK.
His writing would be nothing without the Karate Kid.

It's all we have to go off. If you look at the trajectory of his three point attempts in summer league compared to the preseason there is a huge difference. His shot looks a whole lot better.

Still like simmons, but Lowe is quickly becoming the best writter on Grantland. Its almost not even close anymore.
