Black Power!

We all know there's only one nationality of people that are inferior....Indians. I mean, why else would our country give them money? Obviously it's because we know they can't be self-sufficient.

1. Don't steal other people's material.

2. The money people receive comes from the Tribes BUSINESS DEALINGS. Not from the government.

1: I stole it from him.

2: "Business Dealings"... What a nice euphemism for "Wasting our gov't checks at the casinos and Tribal Watering Hole".

3: It's like raaaaiiiin on your wedding day, it's a freeeeee ride, when you've already paid.

-What government checks?

-You are against Casinos in America?

-What government checks?

An American Indian person may receive distribution funds based on mineral or agricultural lease
income on property that is held in trust by the United States or may represent compensation for lands taken in
connection with governmental projects. Some tribes receive benefits from the federal government in fulfillment
of treaty obligations or for the extraction of tribal natural resources, a percentage of which may be distributed as
per capita among the tribes’ membership.

Federally recognized tribes possess certain inherent rights of self-government and entitlement to certain federal benefits, services, and protections because of treaties and the subsequent federal trust duty.

The Federal Indian Trust Responsibility is a legal obligation under which the United States has charged itself
with moral obligations of the highest responsibility and trust toward American Indian tribes (Seminole Nation v.
United States, 1942; Cherokee Nation v. Georgia, 1831). Over the years, the trust doctrine has been the center
of numerous other Supreme Court cases and it is one of the most important principles in federal American Indian
law.
The federal Indian trust responsibility holds the United States legally responsible for the protection of tribal lands,
assets, resources, and treaty rights. The Supreme Court suggests that the Federal Indian Trust Responsibility entails
legal duties, moral obligations, and the fulfillment of understandings and expectations that have arisen over the
entire course of dealings between the U.S. and the tribes.
The federal Indian trust duty is the basis of a current longstanding lawsuit brought by individual American Indian
landholders against the federal government. The individual American Indian landholders assert that the federal
government breached its trust duty to protect their assets, provide an accounting of their assets, and provide them
the correct compensation for the leasing of their lands (see www.indiantrust.com for more information).

While there may not be a physical check from the feds, there certainly is a virtual one.

-You are against Casinos in America?

Nope. I'd like to see Utah drop it's stupid laws on gambling and lottery.

So exactly what is your issue from Indian tribe members receiving money from their Tribal Casino profits?

How many more decades until America realizes this tribal bull **** is past it's time and welcomes Native Americans into the modern day? The sooner we get over the guilt of taking their land the better. They've gotton over the guilt of taking it from the prior inhabitants.

"The Obama administration and the Congressional Black Caucus[CBC] held a $14 Billion dollar media merger hostage until Comcast agreed to broadcast ten new minority (mostly black) owned networks. It is a shakedown by the Obama administration and the CBC led by black militant Rep. Maxine Walters. (Waters is also currently facing an ethics trial)

One of the beneficiaries is black singer P. Diddy. His network will now be carried nationwide not because of anything he did, but because the actions of the CBC working with the Obama administration to force Comcast to carry it. The CBC members cite P. Diddy’s black skin as the sole reason why Comcast must be forced to carry his network."

Outside of KKKarolinaJazz and KKKraig1221, I didn't think that there really were people like that left in civilized society.
