I'm not sure if Blake ISN'T the best PF in the game as a rookie. I'm not trying to take anything away from Millsap, Amare, Booz, Dirk, Love, KG, or Gasol. That kid is retardedly good.

To me, his size, strength, intelligence, athleticism, and motor remind me a lot of a power forward we once had.... By far the closest thing I've seen since he retired.

...it's entirely possible that Griffin and the Clippers will never really amount to anything...because so much emphasis is being put on these showy dunks and spin moves that fundamental basketball is completely thrown out the window! It's all show with no substance! ESPN is certainly part of the blame and Griffin is buying into it hook, line and sinker! So what if Griffin averages 25 points and 10 rebounds....if he's not passing, defending, setting screens and picks and using his head! The Clippers are a pathetically deficient team....and Griffin, other than his fantabulous dunks, looks lost out there!
