What's new

boozer hurt

...let's see, Boozer makes 15 million a year, right? That comes to 181,000 bucks a game? Now, he misses 20 games or more, so now he's making over 250,000 bucks a game! Can't wait for that lockout to start!

I think Boozer has been pretty quite about his reduced role on the Chicago Jazz. In fact, I have been impressed by his willingness to give up shots that he normally would have taken for the betterment of the team. If only some of the NBA's other "superstars" would follow his lead maybe they too could be winners some day. The Celtics, Bulls, and Lakers all have players playing reduced scoring rolls for the teams sake and they are all elite teams in this league.

His roll hasn't been reduced at all, he's rolling as much as ever. His role really hasn't been reduced either, just maybe changed a bit because he's actually on a team that has multiple options to score and rebound the ball. I imagine he's probably happy to sacrifice 2 minutes of playing time given the results.
