I see the Jazz are inviting Brian Butch and Darnell Jackson two front court players to camp. Butch appears to have an outside shot from 3 land and Jackson was a second round pick of the Cavs in 2008 from Kansans. Trade in the offing for one of our bigs?

Where have you been?
Cousins is reportedly in town for his physical. More news expected Tuesday.

Which Cousins?

Is there more than one? This thread has all the details. Shouldn't take more than 1/2 the day to make it through all the posts.

Ya know when you recommend a good book to someone and it's so good you're almost jealous that they're getting to experience the excitement of reading it for first time? Yeah.
It's worth reading just for the characters. And there are quite a few "characters" in that thread.
Let's not ruin the excitement by giving away the ending.

That 2008 draft class included Boom Bitches, Kyle Weaver, Tomic and the Eastern European dude the Jazz shipped for Shan Foster.

I don't know why anyone would sign with the Jazz right now. They have 14 very solid players on the roster and they rarely use more than that.

A blogger had this to say about a training camp invitee:
A D-League veteran, Gilder enjoyed his best season in the league with Sioux Falls last year. Gilder averaged 19.2 points, 7.7 rebounds, and also scored 30-points or higher in five games. This will be Gilder's second chance at training camp with Utah after being cut last season by the club. His successful season in the D-League, mixed with the fact that Utah's roster isn't exactly stacked with forwards similar to his size and skill set, may actually land Gilder a spot on the team this time around.
