British Baseball Commentary

That was the most enjoyable bit of baseball I've ever watched. lol
 
I enjoyed it as well - even if I consider baseball the most boring sport ever invented. They need to do British commentary on american football. That would be wicked.
 
Cricket is awesome. I've always wondered what the hell is wrong with Americans to make a children's version of it their national pastime. It's like if the NFL suddenly disappeared, to be replaced by 5-on-5 flag football played on your grandmum's lawn.

So more then half the world has problems with short attention span? Lets be honest, baseball is popular in limited number of countries only, sucked as Olympic sport and was kicked out of Olympics due to low attendances and low mass appeal.
Seriously, I think if I was exposed to it back in Europe as kid/teenager I may have find it more interesting, but since I tried to watch and understand it only after I was quite mature it just did not work.

Scheduling conflicts made baseball tough to watch in the Olympics. It's tough when you can't have the world's best players playing for their countries in the Olympics. If you are someone who loves watching amateurs or even minor leaguers play, you will enjoy baseball. If not, it won't connect with you. The sport is growing around the world.

Your feelings about baseball probably mirror my feelings about soccer.
