This match is the worst.
 
Siro, what do you mean?

"worst" as in more agonizing? Looks like a match to me, as in almost even.

I'd give you a slight advantage on the power of your pieces, but a slight disadvantage on position.

Somebody has to take the initiative here to win it.

That's not what I meant. I wouldn't be so rude. I meant the game is all closed up. The few pieces that remain can barely move, and even the pawns are restricted. We've pretty much been locked in place for the last 4 moves.

Looks to me like either of you could open it up. If neither of you wants to, it'll get tighter.

wring one another's nose until something breaks?

This is where a computer might see the way forward better than us mere mortals.

I disagree, but I don't want to say too much. Interesting to see what happens.
 
I'll say this about siro and babe's game... It looks like a Knights game to me.

It's Ecta and babe. Siro finished me off, though I hope sometime to do a rematch.

So Enes and I can only do a few moves in a week due to time/schedule issues, mostly on my side. There are some times when I can sit down and spend a few hours, then days when I'm just the Gone Guy. I'm about to break camp right now, but maybe we could do a game sometime. We're almost on the same time, though I mostly work when the sun shines. . . .

And yes, this game is a complete throwback to the way I played when I was in high school, and I made better use of knights than anyone. I have however, been forced by the computer program I play against to prefer the bishop. I win against the computer because the computer makes mistakes in judgment on the importance of pawns, and can't really play the end game very well. Some cheap computer. All I have to do is trade down to bishops and pawns and get them synced the right way.

It's been so long since I did a game like this one with Enes I'm completely in a fog. Or, well, I was at first.
