The only thing I ask of Miles is to use his possessions wisely. In fact, that's basically what I ask of every player. Better players can shoot more and crazier shots, but no one is above helping the team win, whether that's deferring or not being scared to take shots.
Miles has been an ever-increasing joke. I was on the pro-Miles train after 2008, and ever since then, all he's done is use possessions less wisely and then from there let it affect his ability to play. If he shoots 5 shots a game but scores 8 points a game, then I'll be elated.
That's not going to happen, though. When the question of whether the Jazz would or should pick up his option, the answer was practically unanimous that he had to go. Whether that was not picking up his option, or trading him once it was. As far as I'm concerned, I'm still there. I was just hoping they could turn that option into another 1st rounder or 2nd. Too late. Oh well.
